Golden Rule 5 : Build Big to Small

When dealing with complex patch layouts, its important to create the bigger, calmer surfaces first.

By 'calmer', we mean more controled, less extreme curvature. Achieving continuity to a 'calm' surface is more likely to work.

The smaller surfaces tend to have much more curvature in all directions, and this can make achieving continuity more difficult.
